We worked with Gordon over 15 years ago when he sold a rental house for us. Over all those years, he stayed in touch, so when it came time to sell our home, we reached out to look into working with him again. Before listing, we talked to another realtor who pushed us hard to price the house low. Gordon, on the other hand, knew the market. He priced our house fairly and accurately, which was a lot more than what the other agent wanted to list it for. The listing process was easy, and the photos they took of the house were beautiful and really made it stand out. Once it hit the market, we immediately got a full-price offer, but the buyers wanted some money back, and we received other offers. A lot of agents would have told us to just take the first safe offer, but Gordon didn't push us at all. He suggested we wait for the open house to see what else came in.
