We unfortunately needed to relocate out of state for my job.

Therefore we were focusing our research for somebody who would be able to support the specific needs for us.

And the review for Gordon were not understating in any matter. He immediately responded our request.

We made an appointment at our home for him to present his work package and to walk him through the house.

He is extremely sharp and knows his market very well.

He came very well prepared with documentation about the market and he spot on estimated our houses market value.

 

Later on we weren’t able to pack all our stuff up into the PODS we rented.

We needed to leave stuff behind. Also the city provided trash bin was by far not enough for the trash our move out has left.

 

But no problem for Gordon. He took care of that as well.

He has also very resourceful if you need contracted work done before the house goes on the market.

 

He took very well care of us so we did not need to worry or handle anything at all.

He updated us regularly and communicating was quick and easy.

We just loved working with Gordon. We only wish we could have more personnel contact with him.

But moving out of state made that impossible for us.
