We worked with Gordon over 15 years ago when he sold a rental house for us.

He priced our house fairly and accurately, which was a lot more than what the other agent wanted to list it for.

The listing process was easy, and the photos they took of the house were beautiful and really made it stand out.

Once it hit the market, we immediately got a full-price offer, but the buyers wanted some money back, and we received other offers.

A lot of agents would have told us to just take the first safe offer, but Gordon didn't push us at all.

He suggested we wait for the open house to see what else came in.

We took his advice, and we ended up getting an offer that was substantially over our asking price.

Gordon’s patience, market knowledge, and total lack of pressure made all the difference for us.

Because of him, we did incredibly well on the sale. I can't recommend him enough.
