Seville or Seville Golf Course & Country Club is a unique community located in Southeast Gilbert, Arizona. With a wide variety of home styles and prices, there is virtually a home to fit everyones needs. These include 2 story homes on small lots, large custom homes on over an acre, single level homes in gated communities, and golf course lots with views of the San Tan Mountains.

The Seville community surrounds The Seville Golf Course & Country Club, Gilbert’s only private golf course. While the club is for member’s it is a welcome addition to the community. The club features a restaurant, gym, 2 water park grade water slides, Olympic swimming pool, a gorgeous golf course, and more. Just remember owning a home in Seville does not grant you direct access to the club, nor do you have to live in Seville to be a member.

Seville is a very golf cart friendly community. So many residents own a golf cart and use them to take their kids to school or travel to and from other neighbors’ homes. There is even an annual “Holiday Cart Parade” where residents decorate their carts. You can expect to see over 100 golf carts participating. A very cool event put on by local Seville business owners.

Seville truly feels like a small town comprised of 2915 homes. You will find people out walking daily, riding on their bikes on the bike paths, and residents enjoying of the many parks located throughout the community.
